DESCRIPTION:PLEASE SHAREDue to the health concerns regarding public gatherings this particular in-person Qoya session has been canceled.  At this time we are still planning on holding our other in-person sessions.\nBut wait\, there’s more!\nI have moved my Qoya dance classes online and for a couple of weeks I’m offering them entirely free. \nI have information on the website here: https://studiosadie.world/qoya-during-covid \n– Sarah Sadie \nBe safe\, be well\, we look forward to seeing you after this passes. \n\nThrough movement\, we remember. We remember our essence as Wise\, Wild and Free. \nQoya invites women of all ages\, backgrounds and experience levels to come and move. We focus on how it feels\, not how it looks.  There is no expectation and no worry about not knowing how to do something. \nCome take the opportunity to nurture and nourish yourself through movement\, sharing\, and laughter.   If you can breathe\, you can dance Qoya. Dance with us! \nThis new Qoya series is happening in Mount Vernon on the last Saturday of the month\, January-May. We’ll dance from 9 am – 10:30 am. \nCome for one session\, or all of them.
