At the top of every hour\, volunteers will reach into the fishbowl and call one registered shopper via cell phone. If the shopper can get back to the fishbowl in 10 minutes\, they will receive $25 in Community Cash good for any business in Mount Vernon and Lisbon. Music teacher Sophie Walker from the elementary school will lead local children in song as part of the ceremony.\n\n6:00 – 6:45pm\nElliott McNulty takes on the character of “Elfiott” to share music in the Uptown Theatre as a fundraiser for the Mount Vernon Elementary School Library.\n\n6:45 – 7:15pm\nHoliday Magic from Dance Arts Iowa at the Uptown Theater.
