The Mount Vernon-Lisbon Community Development Group and the Heritage Days Committee are excited to announce that Heritage Days 2026 will take place Friday, July 10, and Saturday, July 11, bringing the community together for two days of celebration, connection, and hometown pride. This year’s theme, “250 Years of America, and still one hill of a town,” honors the nation’s upcoming 250th anniversary while celebrating the spirit that makes Mount Vernon unique.
The 34rd Annual Heritage Days Festival, Mount Vernon’s biggest summer festival, will take place Wednesday, July 6 through Saturday, July 9, in and around Uptown Mount Vernon.
